Meet Alexandra
I have been in the industry for over 20 years. After I mastered cutting and coloring, I became an expert in the art of hair extensions. After finding Invisible Bead Extensions I have been able to take my work to the next level. If you are looking for the ultimate in luxurious, beautiful hair you have found the right place.
Meet Karla
My name is Karla, and I have been a hair stylist for the past eight years. I’ve always had a natural affinity for beauty and hairstyling, and I am grateful that I found my true passion in life. I strive to create stunning looks that enhance my clients' natural features and boost their confidence.
I am always staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. I became IBE certified as a way to improve my level of service. I enjoy the technical intensity and I strive to better my technique on every installation.
I look forward to providing an excellent and memorable experience to all of my clients.
Meet Paige
I have been in the hair industry since 2014. I started my career in Miami specializing in color and styling. From there I worked onboard private yachts as a personal hairstylist and traveled the world. In more recent years I moved home to Connecticut and ran my own business and fell in love with invisible bead extensions which I became certified in in 2020. Life came full circle and I found myself back in Miami at Alexandra Siles Salon and can’t wait to give you your dream hair.
Meet Catie
I have been in the hair industry for 5 years and have recently relocated to Miami from New York! I provide an excellent experience for all clients. I specialize in dimensional, natural blondes and most importantly styling, with the main goal of becoming IBE certified later this year
MEET RONNIE
Hey guys, Ronnie here. Originally from Texas, I grew up sweeping hair in my mom’s salon. After graduating film school in 2006, I moved to New York City to pursue my inherited passion for the beauty industry, and I have spent the past 15 plus years as a master colorist with my work appearing on-stage for Celine Dion Courage Tour; on the covers of Seventeen and People Magazine; and on-screen for Kate Plus 8, Dr. Oz, and What Not to Wear to name a few.
I have been certified in French Balayage by the Loreal Academy in Soho and more recently Invisible Bead Extensions. I am beyond excited to start this second act of my career as an extension specialist both here in Miami and here at Alexandra Siles Salon.

Hi, I’m Annie! Having grown up in Orlando, I am thrilled to start on my professional journey in the beauty industry in Miami. Fresh out of hair school, I am excited to be assisting and learning under Alex. My passions lie in hair extensions and lived in colors. I’m especially excited to get first hand experience with the IBE method and will work towards getting certified! I am committed to continue learning and using my creativity to make clients feel even more beautiful!
